For those of you that aren't up to date with the times, the common "6x" sled GGW-H20L cannot be found anywhere. Instead these SF-AW210 sleds are being sold. They are comparable with the 6x and 4x in power.

Yes, that is correct...

But my 'freak' diode is dead after 15 minutes. (1 minute on times) I had it at 280mA's though. Probably would have been good at 220mA's

Still, it should be noted that others are getting mixed results with these diodes. Dave has tested 3 so far. Here is his graph:

Jayrob's diode is the only one that showed that high of an output.  PLUS, it is dead after <20 minutes of burn time.

The three I tested showed them to be less powerful than the 6X.  Top safe current so far shows to be around 180mA (under the first kink).
