Found a Nice Way to Display My Laser

Yeah, I don't have a fancy case like some of our fine members, but I got gifted this box today, and thought it would make a nice display case!

I used to work at a grocery, and we also sold decent cigars. I used to call dibs on some wooden boxes whenever they'd start getting low.

Hmm, I'll have to hit up a local smoke shop, see if they'll gimme a box. I'm sure that I wouldn't be the only one to ask for boxes, though.

But, nice score!
 
Maybe I can work out a way to ship my clients' lasers out in such fine boxes. That would be a cool branding tool.
 
Looks awesome, might have to invest in a box or even briefcase for my lasers. Do most of you guys store your lasers in a safe or lockable box?
 
I carry mine in a cheap aluminum case from Harbor Freight. After dropping my MXDL and killing a 405nm, it was well worth the $15. I like the cigar case for display around the house though.

I have them in gun boxes (sold the guns... kept the boxes) and they are in a gun safe, since I don't want my two kids anywere near them. Too dangerous... I have some 4mw lasers I keep just for them to play with...
 
That'd be cool :). Yes keep the lazers away from the kiddies!
 
The SO may have something to say about that...When she finally gets to see my Sinner hosts, then she'll probably let me buy a nice display case.
 
Thanks guys! I suppose I am going to have to find a fancy wine bottle box to display the MS-SSW in...it'll never fit in one of these!
