Lots of greens being sprayed all over in the massive crowds!
See an occasional blue.
Many obviously being aimed at cameras because of the flash/aiming.
I don't see how some people aren't getting blasted in the face.
 





Divergence, dust in air (lowering laser power at distances) and very fast waving on people eyes may prevent any damage... I don't think anyone there is using a real 500mW green... heheh.

Anyways some glare is possible.
 
I have a friend in Egypt. I've been thinking of just randomly sending her my goggles for 532/445nm lasers. :p If I was there I sure as heck would be wearing them 24/7.
