I have no means of measuring the output, but it's being driving at about 2.3V 240ma.
The optics is from a cheap laser level that has an adjustible lense assembly.

how did you get it to cut so straight? I have tried that sooo many times and short of setting the laser down on a table and slowly moving it while still on the table, I havn't gotten a straight line. Almost looks like it's computer driven. LOL
