But no, I didn't document evidence of your abuse here because I wasn't planning on taking you to court, and Avery didn't seem to care how you ran roughshod over this forum, so I just never joined...

I'm just asking you for proof of your claims. I don't see how that is an issue?
 
You kept picking fights. You were told many times to stop. You got banned before but I let you back in. I'm sorry but if you keep picking fights just to fight and were told many times not to do that what do you think happens?
I'm not responsible for your choices in life.
I don't ban people without reason. I give a crazy amount of warnings first. If the problem persists any moderator will be resorted to banning.
It's how things work. You have only yourself to blame. I don't know of any other way to tell you this...

That's not even remotely true. I also don't make PSAs as a way to complain/freakout when something you dont like happens because of your bad decision making.

One could say you are picking a fight with me over this, should you now be banned? Granted, you haven't been issued any warnings, but you of all people shouldn't need a warning about picking a fight with people... Right?:unsure:
 
I think the concept of " arguing " being a violation of the ( be respectful ) directive found in the TOU is highly subjective, after all a lot of conversations, even technical conversations involve differences of opinion, and it's opinion that's the heart of the issue, because we can all understand hard and fast rules that spell out the boundaries, but someones opinion of what is otherwise just normal speech can too easily be pushed into the catch all ( I don't feel like that's respectful. ) category, anything not breaking the hard rules such as opinion of respectfulness should warrant no more that a verbal reprimand, not weeks worth of time out.

I attempted to nail down the rules, not opinions about respectfulness, yet still even after this I got a 2 week ban for saying " Big Daddy Trump wins again " and I explained it was an inside joke between paul and myself, this is not worthy of a 2 week ban, it's not a violation of the TOU, it just went against Unowns attempts to micromanage our conversation.

p.s. I am not looking to argue here, I simply want an acknowledgement from Unown that he misjudged and over reacted, not even an apology, just an acknowledgement.

If I had access to the discord server chats I'd happily prove that what I say is true. I do however have access to our chat log from the first time I was banned.

For context, I told Unown I felt like he was targeting me because I felt that he was quite rude and very combative when I was speaking, even in conversations that didn't concern him.

So to recap, I wanted to drop the issue before dm's, but Unown told me I had to prove what I said was true. Iirc he was indeed speaking in requirements, like "have to" rather than "should" which implies some sort of repercussions for not doing so. I did as asked and told him that I didn't want to argue. He told me that he was not doing what I felt he was doing. He tells me to just chill. I say I've been asking him to just chill but he's pressing the issue. I reiterated that I am giving him the benefit of the doubt. He tells me I need to stop. I made it abundantly clear that I have dropped my accusation of him targeting me. He bans me.
