Seems like a nice deal. Just wondering, what lens is it? Is it the stock lens that comes with the projector? Or an aspherical lens? (I think the normal aixiz ones are aspherical)

No offense, but I think you'd be better off without the aixiz module. They provide piss poor heatsinking, and when you push these things to 1.5W (hell, even 1W) you need all the heatsinking you can get, ie a direct press host.

So these Diodes Are Not From the Projector. So there is No solder mask etc on the Pins when you Received them. Thats A first.
Got any Pics of the Diodes.?
I might pick one up if thats the case.

Not trying to rip on you, but you will need to buy MILLIONS of these things from the supplier in order to sell them for 55$ a piece. Such a small quantaty would cost a forchune.

You can take diodes from projectors. You just can't seem to mention the name of certain companies that you take them from. But if your projector breaks, and you have to put in a new diode, why can't people talk about it. If I sell you my car and tell you not to drive it, or fix it, or sell it for parts, what's up with that? Maybe the diodes should be referred to by their real name and we should just forget about other companies that buy them for their projects.
Aren't they really called "nichia" diodes? At least that's the Japanese company that makes them right? "Nichia blue laser diode NDB7352" I suggest the new name 7352 or NDB which stands for "No Doubt, Buy" it, or "Need Diode Blue"

These should go quick.

Actually, the direct sale was cheaper because the price wasn't bumped up by the middle-man for profit. Also, I am selling these for less than what I payed for. At this point, all I care about is making back some of the money I spent initially.

Sorry, I dont have any drivers. But I will give you my reccomendation of Dr. Lava's Flexdrive. It can do up to 1.5 amps of current, and runs on 1 18650 Li-Ion battery for long runtimes with your laser.
