I just wanted to caution anyone using budgetgadgets.com I tried to purchase a laser from them, paid using paypal and proceeded to wait for over a month. They did answer one email and asked me to wait just a little longer, which I did.... not knowing that I had now exceeded my 45 day transaction dispute time for paypal. Now I cannot dispute the transaction and they have stopped answering my emails.
I just wanted to share my experience in the hope it will prevent anyone else from getting their money taken with nothing to show for it.

Wow, that sucks for you. 45 days is way to long of a wait, I would have sent a dispute at the 30day mark if they did not answer my emails or anything.

Did you use your bank account or a credit card?
Regardless ,contact your bank or credit card company.
See if they can help.

Did you get an email from paypal saying that there was a transaction cause that would be proof that you paid for it.

Thanks for the replies all, I finally got an email from them stating that there had been a mixup in shipping and that they wanted to make things right soooo after a couple of months now, I finally got my laser and it is working very well. I ordered some cr2 cells that are rechargable (my last laser used cr123) so I hope they won't be too much voltage. It came with a couple of cells and has been entertaining so far.
So I will say that budgetgadgets made things right in the end and seemed sincere in wanting to have a satisfied customer.

fuck i just ordered from them...

me, too. but this is an old thread and to my knowledge, no known recent warning posts. it will be slow due to the holiday but if you use paypal/credit card, you should have little to worry about.
