well what do you mean by true green lasers?? the expesive one??
okie, for me dealextreme is a cheap laser build but is also good. but compared to expensive lasers like dragon lasers, dealextreme has some defects. dragonlasers, laserglow and others are shipping with quality and tested lasers...

well, here are 2 examples:
green 30mw and true green 30mw
green 50mw and true green 50mw
I am reported to dealextreme concretely...what's the difference between these???

Correct me if i'm wrong.
the true is more likely to be close to the spec the true 30mW it will be about 25-30+
the other wich is not true it will be about 20.but if you want a cheap one buy their true 5mW,it can go more than 30mW.

Dear blue lasers, you mean that i have to turn the potentiometer on true 5mw??? and if i break it???

no their 5mW is always overspec.i have read one had go more than 50mW.
And why they doing this??? If the 5mw is stronger than the 30mw one why they selling these like that???

thats what the manafacturer makes it.also DX they don't test their lasers so they don't know if is more than 5mW and sell them as ~30.
So, i was thinking to buy a 50mw, now you recomend me a 5mw???

i'm not sure if it will be 50mW but you can potmod it.john when he potmod one i think it was 70-75mW.
if you think you will brake the 5mW trying to potmod it buy the 50mW.

hmmm i'll think about it...and just another question, the buyincoins.com are reliable??? because they have the green 50mw 11$...it's worth i believe...

There are some 5mW lasers from dealextreme that go up to 50mW, but this is just a matter of luck. The true 50mW unit is the best one if you want my opnion.
I've been selling dealextreme lasers to people and I've had in my hands like 30 lasers from different powers from DX and most of the 5mW units are no way over 20mW.
Also, regarding what matrixcs said, maybe there are other companies that will sell you better made lasers, but for a really high price. Trust me, for a 50mW~ or less green laser go dealextreme and forget about quality. You will get a laser pointer that will be 40 or 50mW for just 20$. If it breaks in a year, buy another. For the price some compaines ask for a 50mW laser you can buy 5 dealextreme lasers and I ensure the 5 units together will last longer than the more expensive one.
About the another chinese store, i wouldn't buy it. Remember these kind of stores get profit of the fact that most of the buyers don't know nothing about lasers and as long as they see a green beam they get amazed and never ask themselves if the laser is really 50mW, so they just put a the label they want on 5mW units.
And, answering the real question. The lasers that are labeled as TRUE are from another manufacturer even though they have the same host (enclosure). The lasers from this company seem to be closer to the specs in their lasers than the other one (that makes the non true ones).
Again, just buy the 20$ unit from dealextreme.
