Blue GITD tailcaps (silicone)

Two more pages for blue tailcaps from crazy-sell tho. Blue 10-Pack #1 (sku59725), Blue 10-Pack #2 (sku87874).
Are blue tailcaps usually gitd? How is the luck in getting gitd when not listed as such? I personally haven't seen non-gitd blue.
Their Blue O-rings are listed & shown as gitd. Silicone O-Ring Blue (18mm 20-Pack GITD). Hmmm two sku for them too sku59724, sku87873 each one digit under the tailcaps.

I would assume they are the exact same thing. Wouldn't make sense for them to change em.
