I don't see a crash to sub $10 prices any time soon, the prices above $60 don't seem sustainable either but who knows, there has been a ton of positive press and even though the increases have been large, the slope of the increases have been significantly less than the ones that lead up to the original $30 bubble popping.
Either way I've made money hand over fist from my initial investment in 2011 so I'll probably just hang onto my remaining coins for the hell of it. Buying pressure has been insane, like today a purchase of over 20,000 BTC (~$1.3M) and the market barely even budges.

Due to the store I run I get bitcoins in and out of my wallet all the time, but I don't really keep them for long periods of time to minimize risk. I have made probably $3-400 over the few last months though from sudden price spikes.
