Best 5mw toy pointer?

Sup guys, this board seems to be pretty receptive to new threads so here goes.

I'm looking for the best quality 5mw pointer. I understand the ones you find on ebay and amazon are usually way overspec and therefore dangerous without the goggles.

What direction should I take here?
