My Arctic came with bad battery. Instead of waiting for WL to replace it, I'm just going to buy another one. Should I buy a 18650 with a higher mAh? I see some with 2200 mAh and some with 2600 mAh. should I go with PCB protection or does it really matter?

Is Tenergy a good brand? Thanks for the help.

Here are a couple that I'm looking at:

Rechargeable Batteries & Battery Chargers - Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 2600mAh Rechargeable Batteries with PCB

Rechargeable Batteries & Battery Chargers - Lishen Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 2200 mAh Rechargeable Battery

buy the 1st one.
the original battery was 3.7 or 3V? (just asking)

One more question.

Nevermind. I looked it up.

I would personally go with a 2600 - 2800 mAh, and should absolutly should be a protected cell. If you are using the cheap charger they sent with it, then you need a protected cell to prevent overcharging and possible explosions!

You could have saved a few bucks and bought one from me, but that's ok. These batteries are the best IMO and many others too. Thumbs up good choice.

Didn't realize you sold them. Oh well, I bought a charger also. I'm glad I got the best though. Thanks anyway.
