I originally bought it to burn aiptasia anemones in my fish rank but as this has the beam expander fitted it burns at a further distance than I wanted. It's just sitting in a cupboard unused. Has only ever been turned on a couple of times. Someone may as well get some use out of it. It works very well.

You should be able to remove the B.E. and use the laser with just a focusing lens such as a G-2 from DTR.
