445 blue laser dreiver any one tried these for the 2watt blue?

I have, they worked fine for me, but max output was 1.55 amps.

I like the bucking SXD with the fixed output.

the buck drivers are a lota more expensive, are they that much better than the cheap ones, what kind of luck did you have with the cheap drivers ? thanks for your reply and God bless you friend.

Funny you should mention those drivers. I purchased a couple of them and couldn't get mine to adjust. They would only output max although I'm pretty sure they were about 1.75A. Haven't used them yet and don't know if I will. In general I prefer small rectangular drives rather than the round ones but I tend to build smaller units and need or want the drivers to easily fit inside a standard module.

Hi,
I purchased 4 of these a year ago no luck with them hard to adjust to much fluctuation. Trashed them SXD adjustable 150mA to 5.5A range with ramp up or a X Drive adjustable to 1.8a from Lazeerer . These are the only drivers i use and you can get a S Mini bucking and the Mini bucking also,
And you can get a X Boost driver to. They come in a round or rectangular configuration. All can be pre set or adjustable . You get what you pay for and i wouldn't gamble when there's a possibility of killing a costly diode.

Rich:)

Unfortunately Flaminpyro is out of many of the common drivers and is having a bit of trouble getting them back in. Not his fault.
