4 ROHM diodes for sale

Post the spec sheet - as I have my doubts that they are even 240mw pulsed, if these are the same Rohm diodes that I am thinking about.  And for the sake of argument (not being nasty), but do not associate me with your sales, okay ?  It could lead to confusion or something ;-)  Thanks !

Vodka - that is Off Topic for this thread, and is explained in the "other" section in the forum....

Toked323 - NOT trying to be argumentative, but......

If the diodes are not dual wave, then that is not the spec sheet for them ! And I am editing the title of this thread, to reflect the actual items for sale....

Sorry, I REALLY have to inform the new forum member that I am selling higher powered diodes than those for less - the prices listed on my website include shipping costs worldwide - it's something you might want to take into account prior to posting things for sale... 4 of mine are $78.00 shipped...
 
i have used a few RohmRLD65PZB5... they were actually my first laser diodes. i have 50 on order :P... should be here soon. did you sell those 4? they are 80mW continous with a supply current of 200mA. they put out roughly 109mW if you drive them at 240mA... i wouldn't recommend driving them above 240mA as i blew 1 at 255mA.
