I think that will work, but you can also upload to tinypic TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting and then upload the file and for resizing select 15' screen

These are literally all over the place in output. Without an LPM there is absolutely no way to tell if it's anywhere near 200mW. I have the identical laser and it only does ~160mW stable with IR. 25% of that is IR though.

That's the logic behind my offer. If it turns out out to be badly underspec, I wouldn't expect you to be able to take care of it, and there is no option for secondhand return to o-like, so definitely a gamble on this laser.
