How is it not safe? I have IR goggles and would assume the same for anyone who tries it.

Yes but this was something i had to try when i saw my pile of old green lasers. Haha but thanks i hope to improve on it today. I wish i could measure the output but i dont have the tools. Im guessing its around 75mW to 100mW? any gueses?

Yes, but the point was for if you just have old 5mW green lasers lying around from way back when.
