    Yes but this was something i had to try when i saw my pile of old green lasers. Haha but thanks i hope to improve on it today. I wish i could measure the output but i dont have the tools. Im guessing its around 75mW to 100mW? any gueses?

    I have a tutorial i just put up that hopefully people wanting to pot mod will see. You can turn a 5mW green laser into a IR burning laser without adding anything new just removing 1 thing from a laser.

    I may be new to modding lasers and creating my own but I am certainly not new to lasers. I have IR goggles and many pairs of glasses for all different wavelengths.

    You use the lens from a red laser and mount it into right above the diode. It is what focuses it enough to burn.
