This wire is a Noodle,

Do we have any tests done yet and what they can handle Max?

You wont Regret This GB :D

ill take 50ft of each color + int shipping if possible.
Do you perhaps have any smal ø shrinking tube to go along with it?

Good job Moh.... looks like you'll be busy again...

I noticed from your video that the red wire was really easy to
strip with your fingers... but when you stripped the White
wire it was more in line with the way silicone acts... (rubbery
and difficult to strip with bare fingers)

It may be because the red wire has less insulation thickness
or maybe it is not the same type of "silicone" ...

I personally would prefer to have thicker insulation since a lot of
members use it in very tight builds and you don't want to nick the
insulation when assembling.....
Then again... I'm only going by your video... I don't have any of your
wire in my hands...

Jerry

IMO You can't "Nick" Off any of the silicone. I don't think you should have to worry about that kind of issue at All.

You don't have to "nick off" the insulation... you just have
to penetrate the insulation to create a problem...

And it looked like the white wire's insulation resisted better
to a fingernail penetrating it to remove it... much more than
the red wire's insulation which seemed (in the video) to be
easily cut/penatrated with a fingernail...

Like I said... I don't have a sample of the red silicone
wire in the video... Just going by what I saw...

Jerry

I Do Have it in my Hands Right now, and In My Honest assessment of it. You should not have a real Issue with anything like that. I just tested it and feel it is though enough while still being thinner.

Do you have a sample of the other wire for comparison
like in the video..???

Jerry

It shouldn't be problem with nicking insulation off. If someone is chopping off portions of insulation from their wire, the difference in thickness between this wire and the "other" wire is not going to matter. If this is happening then I'd be questioning their building practices and not the wire itself.
as for the silicone itself, it seems exactly the same between the two. They just seemed different in the video because i was having a hard time stripping the thicker one with my fingernails.
Such a nay sayer jerry. If you PM me your address i'll send you a sample to test. Maybe jeff will send you a sample as well and you can compare them side by side?

He put me into contact with some other company that I guess manufactures it. I'm waiting on a response from their man about prices and sizes.

I added 20, and 40 ft options to the pricing.

20 feet of wire only come sot $4.93 shipped. I didn't even realize i had it so cheap.
It's pure craziness!!!
