IF Ted Maiman WERE PART OF THIS BLOG??? would he have more authority than any one here,"including the inventer of this site"? Since ted made such a discovery, he had to be way more advanced than any one persuing his creation? rigth? if ted never though or tried his ideas of APPLIED ENERGETICS,,,The human race would still be living a woodstock LIFESTYLE. R.I.P,with out Ted Maiman all you would probly writing letters in a paper blog. :banned:

That would be Theodor H Maiman. The inventor of the original ruby laser, circa 1960. Something of an under dog, it seems few others thought that you could get synthetic ruby to lase.:rolleyes:

LOL! I see now. With DarkShadows, unless the poster bolds and underlines the link, I can barely discern the color difference for "linked" text :yabbem:
