From my experience they usually it takes 24 to 36 hours to reply.

I have emailed o-like a few times and received nothing in response. Unless its something they are interested in replying to: you will get the silent treatment. This is why I decided not to buy from o-like.

My last email to them was responded to the same day, and it was a question only about their shipping methods. Maybe they either didn't notice what your email was about and did not know what to respond with or they simply forgot to reply try re-sending your email and word it more clearly. I found that writing messages with very short/simple words and direct questions gives me the best response from foreign companies. Also never hurts to throw in a line like "please answer as soon as possible so I can place an order"

i have a feeling that they use google translate
because soemtimes they dont understand what im asking of them. well o-like answerd today, but not what i wanted to know....so i went with rayfoss i have no more time to wait who knows maybe next time i give o-like a chance..

When talking to people who speak a foreign language it can often be good practice to run your email through google translate (english -> chinese -> back to english) to see how it sounds yourself. Correct any parts that sound confusing and it will probably sound less confusing to them as well.

that is actuality a great tip since i believe that all of them use google translate and in all fairness it would be a smart and a good thing on my part to prevent any kind of confusion it would make their job and my buying much easier .
