I got all the suplies listed in my last thread and I put everything together and it doesnt seem to work up to the Pot....
This is the pot: 100K-Ohm Linear-Taper Potentiometer - RadioShack.com
there are 3 pins on it... the 1st thats connected to the regulator the middle which im unsure of, and the 3rd that is connected to the resistors and so on... And it isnt working past the pot... need help!

Im using http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_4wHo2MPDwAc/R2YuBFTq09I/AAAAAAAAAAU/4FCiHm71rQE/s1600-h/Driver.jpg it looks like the 1st and 2nd pin are connected but this http://laserpointerforums.com/attac...laser-diode-driver-lm317_components01_001.jpg shows that the 3rd and 2nd are connected...

Do you have any pictures of your build? Did you connect the middle pin of the pot to the 1st or 3rd pin? BTW, a 100K Ohm pot is very hard to adj with any kind of accuracy, a 100 Ohm pot is preferred. Is this for a portable build or labby?

its going to be on an old tiny nurf gun that i have gutted already...

I've said it before. I think that is a CV supply in the schematic - NOT CC.
You need a low ohm resistor in series plus a ~50 ohm Pot for an adjustable CC PS.
Also, DDL did not design the LM317 circuits. Those were published by National Semiconductor looooonnngg ago - like 35 years ago.
