How long will it take 2 be refunded. I decided I dont want a red laser. I want a blue ray one. Help? I already sent a customer support message.

Susie is pretty well known and respected round here and will always deal as promptly as she can with issues. (Although I'm sure you know this as you will undoubtedly have searched for reviews and read them in-depth.
)
She seems to be pretty busy at the moment, (plenty of posts to verify that one too), but I've recently been discussing refunds, (not through dissatisfaction, just a supply issue to Susie), and we've agreed, 'store credit', as a sensible way to go. Avoids any charges either end, etc. Of course it's up to you to come to an arrangement but this may ease your mind and assure you that Susie will come back to you. I have no doubt you'll come away happy.
