I watched cable news and they brought Republicans in to make their cases. Russia spread disinformation all over the Internet. They also tried and failed to hack our voting machines. Trump is a convicted criminal. The SCOTUS ruled that he remain so. You guys always have a conspiracy loaded up to explain Trump's crimes.

The Democratic Party is bleeding registered voters, suffering a 4.5 million-name loss that could take years to recover from, according to a new report.

Between the 2020 and 2024 presidential elections, Democrats lost about 2.1 million voters across the 30 states that track registration by political party, according to a New York Times analysis of data gathered by the L2 tracking firm.

Over the same period, the Republican Party gained 2.4 million registered voters.

“There is no silver lining or cavalry coming across the hill. This is month after month, year after year,” he added.

In North Carolina, Democrats lost 115,523 voters between the 2020 and 2024 election, with Republicans gaining more than 140,000 members and erasing the Dems’ registration advantage, according to the L2 data.

Judges do have the power to hold this administration to account. That is the power that all Federal judges have. The SCOTUS didn't rule that at all. Their ruling was far less expansive than you make it out to be.

A federal judge ruled Thursday that President Trump's former personal lawyer Alina Habba is serving illegally as the U.S. attorney for New Jersey.

The judge's decision came after three men facing criminal charges in the state challenged her appointment, arguing that Habba's appointment last month as acting U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey violated the Federal Vacancies Reform Act.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann of Pennsylvania wrote that Habba has been serving "without lawful authority" since the beginning of July and "must be disqualified from participating in any ongoing cases."

The judge did not toss out the criminal indictments of the three men who challenged Habba's appointment, but said she cannot supervise their prosecutions. Two of the three defendants were charged with drug offenses, and the other was charged with investment fraud and bribery.

"Faced with the question of whether Ms. Habba is lawfully performing the functions and duties of the office of the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, I conclude that she is not," Brann wrote.
