It reports that the grand jury report was released in part by the judge in the Fulton grand jury which shows that of the many, 75, people who testified there the jury was concerned that some lied and should be prosecuted for it.
In ordering sections of the report unsealed, a Fulton County judge said this week that there was "compelling public interest" in the grand jury's proceedings.
I'm sorry. I don't understand the reason for the infraction. I read the NBC article and it gave no more information than any other article about this breaking news from this morning. I'm trying very hard to comply with your restrictions for this tread, but are you saying that no news about investigations into anyone can go here? Also, not all stories have another side to them. Do you have a link to back up any of what you said, because it looks like the fed is just now tightening down and all those people buying/using vapes and gummies containing delta-8,9 and tch-0 will be violating federal law and it's a class 1 control at that so.... felony ?
Recreational cannabis has been legal here since 2012. It is already taxed and anyone 21 years of age or older can buy it here and partake if they choose to do so. No one here is arrested for buying or using it. However, one is prohibited from moving at across state lines.

My news article was about delta-8,9 and thc-0 being declared illegal federally which will impact the States where cannabis isn't legal for recreational use, yet people in those States are mail ordering gummies and vape juice with delta-8,9 and thc-0 as well as the companies producing and selling it.
