No, maybe, and no. None of those lasers are nearly as powerful as they say they are.

I've only ever seen one 5,000 mW (5 watt) laser that was legitimate. It was an IR laser, and I think it cost like 600$. Sure it would burn stuff like mad, but no beam would be boring.

I've seen plenty of 3 Watt 445 lasers that people have built, and it wouldn't surprise me if someone manages to build a 5 watt 445 soon, but it will be expensive.
