3.18.13 Update !

Another one is available now ! The new one has a 1.7W + output.

What is in the box :

* New 1.71W laser
* 2x 16430 Batteries
* Charger

Specs :

Diode : M140 445nm ( Blue )
Diode's Output : 1.71W
Driver : Buck Driver set to 1.78A - 1.8A
Lens : 3 Element Glass lens
Power supply : 2x 16430 rechargeable batteries ( Included )
Duty cycle : 60sec on 60sec off.

This laser uses a buck driver which is much more efficient than linear driver. The driver's IC is also heatsinked for durable duty-cycles.

Power Check By DTR : ( this is the new unit power check )

If you continue to sell lasers then you should invest in your own LPM. All measurements are made with a supersize heatsink from DTR. Your handheld laser don't have such large block of aluminium. The laser should be tested with the finish build and not with the original measurement.

Hmmm I might have to buy this... How much extra do I have to pay total if I want the charger and I live in TX, USA

I have to say I agree 100% you really should be metering the finished product as I see the mW change almost every time from when
I'm setting up the driver and laser diode together and then when it all goes together it almost always changes mW's, get a LPM...
