My laser is almost here. For those that missed it, i just ordered my first laser kit from Survival Laser. The 660 nm ~300 mw kit. (yes, the one with the goggles and everything). I am surprised it got here so quickly - unfortunatley it isn't all the way here yet.
My postman is a cool guy, cool enough to get a card and some cookies on holidays in fact. But oh man... he must have got a flat tire today! 'cause he is over an hour late showing up!

Do any of ya'll know the feeling I'm having? I know you do!
I got the same feeling waiting for the guy at Camping Post Gun And Pawn to get off the dang phone and hand me my first Rifle. (for those interested a remington 597 in .22lr)
and when the VEC at my HAM test was reading the lsit of passes and fails.
except with the laser and the rifle I knew (know) I was going to get.
I wasn't positive (though i was confident) about passing the test.
Butterflies I guess is what you called it when you were a kid...
Anyway i guess this is a long way of saying *I cant wait to fondle my new laser* and opening the door for discussion on the phenomenon of Package Anxiety it all it's forms.
Also this thread is probably a subconscious attempt to pass the time till Rick knocks on my door with the mail.
