What is your favorite laser color?

As in From 650 nm and all of the IR colors. I know very well 650 nm isn't IR.

Why not just leave IR out? At that point it's more of a favorite type of laser rather than a color choice.

Have you seen this color?

Only from a HeNe many years ago. It was <1mW in a local college's physics lab. I got to stare at it for all of 15seconds.

I've yet to see a DPSS yellow in person.

I'm certainly in the minority it seems but 660nm is my favorite in terms of color. Wish I could have ~5W in a handheld. 640nm is nice enough, but just doesn't have the same depth.

Ive been using red for a while but a nice 445 laser is better imo
