But thats hella more powerful than 1W, let alone eye safe if a toddler is off in the distance when the laser firesBelieve it...
It uses a millisecond pulse and can detect if a person is in range of the laser and it will not target them, even if a mosquito is inline with the person and it will wait until it has a clean shot, it can even detect the difference between the "beat" of a mosquito's wings versus the "beat" of a bee or butterfly wings and it will not "strike" them allowing them to pass by unharmed! it eliminates the need to manufacture and use unhealthy and dangerous pesticides which pollute the environment using nothing but light! But thats hella more powerful than 1W, let alone eye safe if a toddler is off in the distance when the laser fires
Probably better to construct a non-toxic volatile insecticide that binds to insects andexplodesbecomes toxic when contacted by a lower-powered laser of a certain wavelength, that way good insects survive and people don't go blind
But what if a human is a few meters behind the mosquito looking into the laser as it fires at the mosquitoIt uses a millisecond pulse and can detect if a person is in range of the laser, it can even detect the difference between the "beat" of a mosquito's wings versus the "beat" of a bee or butterfly wings and it will not "strike" them allowing them to pass by unharmed!
as I said...But what if a human is a few meters behind the mosquito looking into the laser as it fires at the mosquito
That requires and person to operate and hit what he or she is aiming at and I think that is better suited to kill one fly at a time than to try and hit any mosquitos, not to mention how much salt would be needed and spread around just trying to kill a single mosquito, and it's not very home or indoors friendly unless of course, you enjoy vacuuming the floor for countless hours...I think this is a better option:
BUG-A-SALT 3.0 Black Fly Edition - Bug-A-Salt
It uses ordinary, non-toxic table salt to blast pest insects—no batteries required. Excellent for houseflies, mosquitos, spiders, roaches, lanternflies, cabbage worms, earwigs, and moths. For use by responsible people only. Do not blast salt at pets, butterflies, or humans. Includes a limited...www.bugasalt.com
Beats blindness. That requires and person to operate and hit what he or she is aiming at and I think that is better suited to kill one fly at a time than to try and hit any mosquitos, not to mention how much salt would be needed and spread around just trying to kill a single mosquito, and it's not very home or indoors friendly unless of course, you enjoy vacuuming the floor for countless hours...
Well, it's not like a mosquito is going to block the person from the laser's view!If they really managed to somehow detect people behind mosquitoes, I want one lol!
You can say that about most anything but first, it has to be able to blind someone inadvertently, which the mosquito laser will not do by design.Beats blindness.
