Arlight so im looking to buy a 1.5w 450nm laser and I need some goggles for around 50 dollars or less I have a 100mw 532 nm laser with some cheap chinese goggles so it wouldn't hurt If the laser goggles also would cover that wavelength. But its fine if not. Any recommendations?

I saw the od5+ one 190nm to 540nm and something else in the description it said it would be suitable for 405nm 445nm and 532nm and something else not relevant but it didnt say 450nm which is the laser im planning on buying is that fine tho since the goggles are 190nm to 540nm?

Yes, good for 450nm.
Click on the OD chart link at the bottom of the description to see the nm range and OD levels they cover.

Also look here and check out the OD coverage charts/graphs as parts of a stated coverage range may not be at max spec:
