There are no 532nm laser diode --they don't exist. 532nm is a DPSS laser not a direct diode laser.

Do you mean Output power: 2 to 100µW or mW

Look on ebay for 532nm laser modules.

yes i meant a DPSS laser , can i find this type of lasers with these spec in any company ? or its only in ebay ? and thanks for your fast reply.

You can ask CNI China if they have anything that fits your spec see: http://www.cnilaser.com/Laser-Module.htm

I don't know about TEM00 but these can be pot modded to 80mW or a little more.
They have another 532 module's also.

Optotronics has some nice 532's but still not sure if you want 2000 of them???

You may not get much help until you place a nice 'intro' thread in our 'welcome' section-- read intros there made by others and do the same.
Put your location in your profile as well as in the TITLE of you intro thread.
From your post I think you are looking at ALIBABA or another terrible place to buy any lasers-- go with JETLASERS or Sanwu== both have excellent lasers and stand behind their work-- There are TOO MANY things bad at these Chinese laser sites to ever want to buy from them- no support- expensive to send any laser back, specs that are made-up & false and it is unlikely that they will fix it and send it back to you if it fails. good luck==hak
