ULS M300 inconsistent engraving

Hey all. First time poster, I'm hoping there's some help for me.

Latley our m300 has been engraving fine on the left side but the right side it barely even goes through the masking. Its shallow, fuzzy and has almost no depth in the top right corner.

Has anyone experienced that. The photo included on the right, the white is masking left, where as the left only has cut out.

It almost has to be an optics alignment issue. The optical path is the only thing that changes from left to right. This is particularly difficult to troubleshoot, seeing as the beam is invisible. Perhaps you could use a laser pointer to examine the beam path (with the device off and unplugged, of course) and check for abnormalities.
