Notifications

Hey everyone,
So my notifications are stuck at 1. I dont have any message or anything else but i still got 1 notification
Anyone knows how to fix this?

I've never heard of this. Are you sure you haven't got a friend request or something?

normally its from a friend request or something else on the list other than a message.....i overlook this many times and think the same thing
