I'm about to buy a 130mw green £306 from a company called scitec.uk.com you have a choice of a pen or grenade style? Anybody heard of them?

That link isn't working for me for some reason.I've never heard of them before and I can't see the site but from what you tell us it smells like a big fat SCAM. :
I bet it's just another spymodex style crap reseller.They're the only ones I've heard of a "grenade style laser" before.
Besides 300 pounds for a 130mW greenie is WAY too much, especially from some ghost company.I bet they have that chinesetoenglishfreeonlinetranslator language on their site :

im in the uk so try looking in a search engine scitec instruments.which country u in SWITCH perphaps on the end of the the address you need to put uk maybe.

No these guys are number 1 in the u.k the custormer service is great. if you buy from the U.S.A it may seem cheaper but when your laser arrives in the U.K you'll be charged import charge which is a really pain in the arse as you have to go to some depo somewhere miles out of town and pay about 35% of the total.i ordered a 50mw green but we needed more power so we sent it back no problem's and got a 130mw which has been sent straight away.

Yes I see.But I'm sure I remeber a site just like that one only it had crappy language.Maybe it was a ripoff(or I was too tired)
