Looking to buy some flashlights, post pictures of what you have, estimated lumens and your price. See if we can make us a deal (badgering car salesman voice).
 





Yeah, it sounds to me like you're looking at custom builds at first, but if you're only interested in estimated light output, price, and appearance, most commercial flashlight sources are going to be a better option.
