Contact Larry DFW, he has SANYO 18650's for sale & I think chargers also for a decent price. If he is out of chargers, let me know, I have an extra I can sell ya...........rob

If you are going to use the 18650's for a P7 flashlight, then get the AW brand. They make a big difference for high current demand:
AW 18650 Protected 2600 mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery - New Version

Priced higher, but worth it. Do some reading on them...

I plan on using the 18650's on my labby IR build, so do you think the AW's would provide well for the 2.5 Amp current?
