WTB: 1 W 445 nm laser

Hello people, Since my options are very limited, I am looking for a person willing to build me a 1 W 445 nm laser that takes a 18650 battey, is focusable, and if possible waterproof. Let me know what you guys can offer and I will let you know what I think.

i would buy one complete, its cheaper and there are always great deals on the B/S/T section, keep your eyes open!
