Hey, my name is Oren and I am new to LaserPointerForums :)
I was wondering where can I get a blu-ray laser pointer that:
- can write on flat surfaces in the dark
- powerful focused dot (at least 5mW)
- if the price can get it, so to pop balloons (but not that importent)
- to be CHEAP. I want the website I am purchasing from to have worldwide shipping (possibly free) and to be cheap, I believe I can get a small one for my dimands within 10$

# If there were any spelling and grammer mistakes please forgive me, I am from Israel.
# Please don't give me links to eBay, I don'y like it there :D

:thanks:

Thank you for the comment!
will this write on dark smooth surfaces? is the dot bright and cool? does the website have FREE shipping? thanks again!

The reason I picked blue is because I want it to write on smooth surfaces in the dark, I am already covered with powerful green lasers :)
I just need a blue on from a blu-ray, any price, Just so I can write on smooth surfaces in the dark :D

Ok, but Blu-Ray is not blue, is violet.

In a low light, you see the dot, but with this power, very little visible.

If you choose the blue 445nm, that's another thing, but the price is much higher.

LOL
I'm asking just 1 Question and I will be happy if you answer it. the model you gave me, or bassicly any blue laser (even keycahins) can write on dark surfaces?

Mine has 360mW, and with this power if it looks pretty good, but with only 10mW or 20mW I doubt they look great,
anyway at that price you can buy and testing this, because is little money.

The problem of the blue 445nm is the first price is about $90-100 approx.

And, yes, with 445nm it looks great, (less than green of course at the same power), but more than the 405nm violet.

I think I answered your question.

Again, Yes, but with only 10mW or 20mW (which is the model that I have indicated before) will not be very visible, but in the dark will of course, yes.

I don't understand your question. Do you mean can you write on glow in the dark surfaces? If that is the question then yes you can with blu-ray.

Yes that is excacly my question and if you will get me a cheap one it will be great :)

You never said glow in the dark surfaces anywhere in your questions thus the confusion.

I think any power laser (red's don't work well on GITD) should do fine, obviously the more power the brighter the writing will show up.

Ooohhhhh
Wait. even green? I doubt that... from the video reviews I saw when it comes to glow in the dark it's only blu-ray dioded lasers

Yes, only blu-ray laser work on glow in the dark surfaces. Green lasers are just the brightest, but they wont work on glow in the dark objects.
