What the hell does the numbers on battery's mean like what is the difference between 18650 and 15270.I thought the only difference between battery's is the volts, current and capacity?

The numbers signify what size the battery is. The first two numbers signify what the width of the battery is in millimeters and the second two numbers signify what the length of the battery is in millimeters.

For example an 18650 battery has a width of 18 millimeters and a length of 65 millimeters. And a 15270 battery has a width of 15 mm and a length of 27 mm, and so on.

The above is totally true ,but as an addition this is for batteries that don't have protection circuits built into them. This makes the battery safer but also about 3 mm longer and in some cases this can mean two in a laser will be a very tight fit or the cap will have to be left a turn or two loose to get it to go on at all.The batteries will still be called the same number as before just be aware they will be 2 to,3 mm longer than the non protected batteries

Will has it right, the 0 on the end simply means it's a round cell.

Yeah, be sure not to get a 1865Ψ or you'll get something shaped like:
