How much are you looking to spend? Because for the price the ones you have listed are going for, I'd be willing to bet most of that claimed output is IR.
If you want a top quality laser PEN you should get one from Optotronics, LINK: Optotronics Green Pen Pointers
They are a re-seller of Viasho lasers, some of the best quality money can buy.
I'm selling mine. It has less than 1 hour on time and the output is verified of 155mW green, not IR.
