I've only ever seen them C mount, I have a 1.1w 9mm and its open can (in a build).

The divergence IMO blows the big one, aweful. The 808nm 9mm divergence using a 3 element compares to a 445nm 9mm using a G1.

I have bought these diodes and got three in a bag.
So putting 1.2-1.3A to the diode should yield 1 Watt output ?

I can hook you up in 808 with:

- C-mount
- TO5
- TO3
- S-mount
- CS
- TO18

I all sorts of power bit i dont know if it is going to work in your case

I don't think the 2W diodes come in 9mm packages, only TO-3 or C-Mount

There are 1.5W ones though, I just bought this to mess around with:
