The problem is likely the same thing we saw with laserglow a while back with Wicked false advertising using their name. What can Disney do? Say they own the trademark to any word with "ble" at the end of it? Claim bubble letters in red and yellow are their trademarks?
As long as it doesnt say "THE INCREDIBLES" series or something, they really have NO CASE whatsoever other than a different name structured similarly written in bubble letters in the same colors.
And even if they did have a case, as small as it would be-then what???
Techlasers is a "WTF company" located in China where trade requirements are almost nonexistent. They are outside US law and the amount of money to actually sue them and do anything about it would probably be several times HIGHER than what TL is making from it.
