Just checking to see if anyone has heard from him, because he came back and told us all a while ago he shipped the laser, but it still isnt' here. I've gotten Senkats red laser, which was baught well after the date sonystyl said he shipped the laser and I even got another package from Senkat before this one????? He won't answer any of my emails asking if he shipped priority, but there's still not laser here, so if anyone hears from him please ask him when I should be expecting the laser.

This is getting stupid now he did say last time he had trouble with his PC and had shipped it out to you :
I'm gonna check the forum for any strange or odd IP addresses that might look like proxy.
Where does he come from laserlover???? USA, UK or somewhere else. This is relevant to me because i have detailed files on where IP addresses originate from, Being EX military i'm privy to such knowledge

Well i've just checked all of his posts and they all originate from one IP address so there's no irregularity there. So i'm happy about his posting location.
I really hope he's not scamming you, i'm gonna PM him personally to see what's happening, as this is now dragging along far too much. I really don't wanna be the bad cop again and hit the banned button, but if he is a scammer (which i hope he is not) then i will make no mistake about that

Thanx for helping out i really hope that he didnt scam me. He emailed me and was complaining about not having attachments to the item that i traded him and i told him that i didnt have them so im getting pretty mad.

now your pissing me off. things that were listed in the message that I wanted and needed to use the gps like I wanted were not shipped with the gps. all I got was the gps, the window mount, and the 12v car adaptor. you don't respond to my emails concerning these things but I'm supposed to email you? I did. I'm starting to think that this thing is stolen or something because all I got was what would be in someones car. then you call me out on the forum like this to make me look bad knowing I can't post back. I called ups and the laser is comeing back to me. I'm sending the gps back unless your "friend" comes up with the other stuff you mentioned.

everyone that is doubting me, go back and look at his post. he has a list of all the stuff the gps comes with then at the very bottom he sais it dosnt come with all that. its dishonest, clear as day! even senkat who I pmed thought it came with everything. I ask him to find out about this stuff from his "friend" who the gps belongs to but he dosnt respond to those emails he just emails me back asking where the laser is. ignore me, I will do the same.

ill be posting a tracking number for the gps if so you will all see it as delivered and know that I am not a "scammer"

I agree mate and from what you've said it don't look good on laserlover's part i try to be fair with all.

I know this isnt my cup of tea so to speak, but i went back and read laserluvers post and this is a direct quote:

"It comes with the unit itself, power cord to connect to cigarette or AV input to connect to car, and comes with car mount!"

From what i read there, Sonystyle got everything that was advertised, unless im missing something that went on in the PM side of things.

Either way, there was obviously a misunderstanding between the two of you and there is really no need to got hostile over things.

In all fairness to both parties - I re-read the initial posting, and ti could be either way - in the description, it says all the stuff that comes with it, and then at the bottom it does state exactly what comes with it, and for any questions, email for answers. Now, unless there was an email exchange where Lazerlover and Sonystyle were talking about it, and Lazerlover mis-represented the item, it looks to be fairly cut and dry - that it only comes with the items that Sonystyle received. Now, looking back, it could have been handled a little better on all parties' parts, but I too read the description too fast, and thought it came with all the goodies. Sonystyle - if that is what occured, just say so - the lack of communications can kill ANY relationship - silence on one parties' part does not help any situation. Let's do exactly what is happening right now - return all items, and start over ! I think that sounds fair to all - Lazerlover, sorry it didn't work out, to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future - I suggest that you BOLD print the items that it comes with - and make certain that it is crystal clear that the items you list are OPTIONS - and are not included in that particular sale. Sonystyle - just because Lazerlover did not answer your emails does not mean that you should dissappear in the middle of a trade - it causes stress on all parties, and accusations can be a normal part of anyone in this kind of situation - communication is the key, folks - let's all learn from this, put it behind us, and continue from there. Even if both parties had used me as a middleman - a return could have still occured, as I was duped by the ad because I read it too fast !
Of course - nobody HAS to listen to my mini-rant....it is your choice. But, if the trades/for sale section does not "clean up" and work better than this - I will strongly suggest to c0ldshadow that it be removed - as we really do not need this, or any other type of drama here. I know that would piss me off, as it would others - but if it keeps the forum running smoothly, then it will happen regardless of what everyone wants. c0ldshadow added this section to the forum since I pretty much hounded him to allow it - I don't want it to go away any more than anyone else does - so let's try to make things happen a little bit smoother, okay ? Thanks you NOOB!! And Senkat, I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding, what I do, as the same for most things I sell on ebay, I find a website that sells the same item and copy and paste the info/ specs about it. I'm very sorry that you didn't keep reading, but it is states clear as crystal what was included. Now I begged my friend to look for more stuff that he could've misplaced and he did find the remote! I tried emailing you many times, but I guess you overlooked that while accusing me of stealing the GPS. I didn't steal it, I baught it used in the first place so I don't have all the original stuff and I apologize for that. Also, I know that Senkat does and I did when I shipped your 4lb GPS, I and Senkat(from the few things I've received from him) send priority mail at usps, I shipped a 4-5lb gps and it got there in 3 days, you shipped a 100gram laser that has taken over a week to get here. What's the deal there?? Also, accusing me of making you out to be the bad guy, in all of my posts reguarding you I simply ask people if they have heard from you, I never say man this guys such a scammer, He's really trying to scam me blah blah blah! So I would still like to complete this trade so we can put all this behind us, I am even willing to send you money via paypal to "donate" towards you buying a lithium battery, I want to make this right, and I really don't want to send everthing back because this laser is for my friend, all I was trying to do was get another person interested in these great toys. So if you still want the gps, I will send the remote that goes with it and paypal you some cash to help you buy a lithium battery. If none of the appeals to you, then I guess we have to send everything back, I really hope it doesn't come to that.
Sonystyl, if it's ok with you I would really like not to cancel the trade, for the sake of my friend, and I think i'm being more than a good guy, sending you the remote and more via paypal to help make things right.

On a side note Timelord, I really admire your knowledge and I really like you, but you jump to conclusions way to fast, Sonystyl makes one post and i'm the bad guy, I make the initial post and he's the bad guy. I admire the fact that you want people to get what they paid for or agreed upon, but you need to hear both sides of the story before jumping on me.

I hope this puts all the tension to rest and we can have a fair complete trade.

That sounds more than fair to me - like I said - it was my bad that I did not read all the way through - I do that sometimes, when I buy stuff that is advertised - then I have to go back and re-read it all, and go, DOH ! I shoulda read better ! Thanks for posting, Lazerlover !!!!!

Now re-reading I can see how it could be confusing and that's why I'm trying to fix it. I really hope we can work it out mainly because I love this section and the last thing I was is for it to get deleted! It's nice getting a laser used from another person because then you can know exactly what it will do and it's great for a first laser, not paying whole price.

p.s. I got your camera monday, I haven't had a chance to get it to a camera shop, but should be able to today or tomorrow, then I'll send ya an email. Also, I found out I don't have the correct rubbing alcohol, so I'm going to try to buy some if not, I just won't clean it because it still burns great and until it's too dirty or messed up to burn I wanna play with it!! ;D ;D
