Solid Silver Hosts Out There?

I know that StridAst used to make solid sterling hosts... but I don't think he's still here. So... is anyone capable of making a work of art like he was? I'm looking for a solid silver laser for my birthday :D

No, solid gold is what start the $$$. :)
Silver is almost 50 times cheaper than gold.

Polish aluminum looks almost the same as silver.

Seriously man , it'll take about 4~5 Ounces just the solid silver..
and we're talking a single 16340 host..
You could also get 10 hosts and call it a day :na:

Yeah Gold is about 55 times more expensive than Silver...
but Silver is about 409 times more expensive than Aluminum...:eek:

I'd go with polished Aluminum as well....:beer:

Aluminum doesn't feel the same in your hand :D

He recently posted about one he is working on how that will use an 18650 battery.
IIRC he has the wax mold pretty much done now

Use a copper bar and make it silver anodized or something. You got the weight and the look of silver :)

Thanks guy! I may end up getting one of these after all. Maybe my mom will be kind enough to get me this. After all, if I were a girl, she would probably have no problem getting me gold or silver jewelry :p

If it's the feel thay one is looking for... one could always add
cheap lead shot to the polished aluminum host....;)

I think Dave and I are the only ones who were able to get a silver host out of stridast. I collect silver from work and sent him 4 ounces. You can shop local coin stores for that. Also I'll check my pms I think I might still have his personal email. Out of respect for his privacy I'll email him and ask if it is ok to give it to you wolf.

Ps, if all else fails... Send an alumimum host and get it silver plated. It shouldn't cost more than 20 or 30 bucks

I'm quite certain he said "...if I WERE a girl..."

He's talking about if he WAS one his mother probably would buy him jewelry, so why not get the man some silver? Don't need any confusion of that sort on the forums :D.
