The diode has not been measured with a spectrometer so give that 492 a +-1nm or so cause I used the diffraction grating method that I 'calibrated' with my 2 HeNes as standards a red one and a yellow one, Besides that the build is in very good condition and has been rebuilt today in a new pen style host due to the old one having screwed up threads(I blame copper being so soft) The diode should have less than 10hrs on it as it was not used much if at all. The laser takes a single 10440 battery or any other battery that is AAA sized and above 3v up to 4.2v.
The components are as follows:
Diode: sharp 488(old batch)
Copper 12mm module
PMMA AR coated lens
Driver: my own Gdrive 800mA boost(set to 120mA if I recall correctly)
host, flashlight converted to a laser pen host with a chunky heatsink
with a nice rear clicky button (toggle style)
PIc of the spot next to a 484nm (middle) and 480nm(right) to better show the colour
Laser power meter measurement (over 1 minute) :
