How do i tell how many milliwatts my laser is putting out? im using a PHR-803T 405nm blu ray laser diode and Dr. Lava's Flexdrive set to about 115 milliamps.

Without LPM (Laser power meter), you don't.
I had a PHR at 100mA, putting out 82 mW, I had another PHR at 100mA put out 96 mW, and I had another PHR at 105mA that had output just under 110mW.
You cannot tell except direct measurement.
