Every single protest today has been peaceful. It is a Republican narrative to suggest they are otherwise. I guess that's all you've got when your leader is a convict.
 
So far today the crybaby pitiful no kings protests have been peaceful, that said we shall see what happens tonight.

Trump is our President, our 2nd term President elected by the voters to deport the illegal criminal invaders.

I disagree with the concept that the wording " persons " grants illegal invaders some and only some Constitutional rights, that's bullshit, either a person has Constitutional rights or they don't....... I think the SCOTUS needs to revisit that and make a new ruling.

WTF are you talking about?! Several have been released recently. Even the SCOTUS ruled unanimously that they get due process.
 
No, there is no catch and release into the US while awaiting court at our border today.
Trumps policy is Zero Tolerance.
 
In 2025, the Supreme Court unanimously reaffirmed that all individuals in the United States, including undocumented immigrants, are entitled to due process under the law. This means they have the right to a fair legal process, including the opportunity to be heard and defend themselves in court before being deported. While the Court has affirmed this fundamental principle, it has also acknowledged that due process rights for non-citizens can be limited by government regulations and laws.

So they have only some rights and in a limited way......

Ex parte hearings should be good enough, especially if they fail to appear in court.

Tell that to Khalil and Ozturk. They are not only free, but cannot be arrested or deported for their First Amendment views.

The law is quite explicit on immigrant rights. In absentia hearings cannot be held for those who are available and or willing to go to court.

I support Freedom of Speech for everyone allowed to stay on a visa, even temporary visa's.

Ah..... available and willing.... so if they fail to appear, then ex parte is acceptable. ;)

That said, visa's can be revoked for failure to maintain good conduct.

Not in the case of Khalil or Ozturk. This also applies to others as well. Your narrative is very Trumpian.
 
Cling to your temporary stay on who ever those 2 names are, trouble maker students on temporary visas, who cares, mass deportations will continue.

That said I already told you I support Free Speech, even for those allowed to stay on visas.

I don't think we should grant rights to those without visa's or documentation allowing them to stay.

Never the less, as I already stated, deportations will continue.
