I'm watching The Daily Show and they showed Trump saying that Biden wasn't the sharpest bulb. What an idiot! I guess that makes him the cream of the litter. :LOL:

I think it was not the "sharpest bowl"...

Either way, no doubt the irony was lost on him, he's just so dumb beyond a run of the mill moron, I still can't get over how he thought water would destroy magnets...:ROFLMAO:

Many immigrants Trump had arrested have been released. Among these are students Trump had arrested. The Courts have been reining in his illegal activities.

Pretty sure he mixed metaphors "sharpest knife" and the "brightest bulb." That was why I said he is the cream of the litter.
 
A Federal judge has ruled today against Trump's National Guard in California. The ruling is that the National Guard be returned to governor Newsom.
 
Judge Charles Breyer, brother of SCOTUS justice Stephen Breyer, ruled that even if you conceded that persons protesting did throw mangos, rocks and bottles, it still didn't rise to the level of a rebellion or insurrection. He gave Trump 40 hours to appeal.

Sounds like more political activist district judges exceeding their authority.
I expect they will be ignored.

That is the problem with Trump. He ignores even the SCOTUS hen he doesn't like the ruling. The courts are a coequal branch of government. Trump can't ignore any of them. Gotta love authoritarian Dumbass Donald.
 
District court judges who exceed their authority should be ignored.

1 district court judge is not equal to the entire executive branch.
