If you mean what trump is trying to use, a real invasion is an instance of invading a country or region with an armed force.

Illegal immigration is not an invasion by any definition, AND, by it's own definition, is in fact just "immigration"...

trump is just trying to find a loophole to deny people their Constitutional rights, but he keeps losing in court and then ignoring the courts, Thus, repeatedly breaking the law...

No what the Biden admin. did was criminal and not normal immigration, more illegals came in than normal having an impact on border communities, but if the SCOTUS has ruled then expedited due process is in order or due process in absentia, where there's a will there's a way because we have immigration laws and the Biden admin. circumvented them allowing.... enticing even mass illegal immigration.

Obama deported some 3 million illegals over his 2 terms, I expect Trump will beat that record.

Trump has already cut the invasion at our Southern border in better than half.

Trump has been sending people to prisons in countries where they didn't come from and he even refuses to get them back when the SCOTUS said he had to. That isn't any kind of process at all. Everyone here has the right to due process.

Maybe, maybe not or due process will be expedited or served in absentia like it is with unconstitutional redflag laws, but one way or another Trump will get the deportations done. ;)
 
Biden illegally let in a huge number of fence jumpers who need to be deported asap before they crank out more babies, so Trump want's to move quickly, I support whatever he feels is necessary as the Biden cabal facilitated this illegal invasion creating this state of emergency.

As POTUS Trump has many tools at his disposal, I expect he will get the job done as the voters elected him to....... you know, how Trump WON reelection, something you said " Too many people won't allow Trump to ever be President again. Biden's policies were never illegal. You may not have liked them, but Trump is the only criminal here.
